Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

What is SUP YOGA? You will start off with an all-levels 30min Flow Yoga warmup class on the beach and then take it to the waters of Lake Michigan for 1hr SUP YOGA “stand-up paddleboard” Yoga lesson & adventure.

No prior experience is needed. No pre-registration is required - first come, first serve. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time!

What to bring:

  • Sunscreen
  • Water
  • Towel & Change of clothes
  • Yoga Mat if you have one. If not, one will be provided.


Single Session:  $20(instruction) +   $25(equipment)
5 Punch Pass:$100(instruction) +   $75(equipment)
10 Punch Pass:$150(instruction) + $150(equipment)
