What is SUP MEDITATION? SUP MEDITATION is seated poses on a paddle board on the waters of Lake Michigan for 1hr.

No prior experience is needed. No pre-registration is required - first come, first serve. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time!

    What to bring:
  • Sunscreen
  • Water
  • Towel & Change of clothes
  • Yoga Mat if you have one. If not, one will be provided.
  • Driver's license or a state ID.
